All inclusive Bill
One bill, all services. When you're staying at one of our rentals, you don't need to deal with sharing utility costs with your roomates, nor be preocupied with hidden fees. One bill includes all utilities: water, electricity, heating, and cleaning.
Community
Tipically, you will see our residents working from their units or co-working in the shared spaces, during the day, and enjoying a glass of wine at night. Staying with us means you’re always invited but never obligated. You have privacy when needed, but community within reach. We make sure that people staying at our properties are properly welcomed so that they can feel at home. Our guests are a community of like-minded individuals, usually at the same stage in life.
